The growing demand for mobile accessibility revealed a gap: users needed a way to manage press releases efficiently without being tied to their desktops. This project aimed to create a mobile app that allowed seamless management of press releases on the go, combining real-time notifications, biometric authentication, customizable settings, and one-tap approvals to enhance flexibility and productivity.
The work began with generative research to identify core MVP features, including messaging, content approval, and personalized notifications. User flows and interactive wireframes were developed to align stakeholders and test usability before moving into high-fidelity designs. A scalable design system in Figma ensured consistency across components, with modular elements, variants, and tokens supporting future updates. Iterative testing and design refinements optimized usability, clarity, and workflow efficiency.
Key features included advanced messaging with file attachments and snooze options, and mobile copy approval that empowered clients to review, approve, or reject curated content with a single tap. A detailed user flow diagram mapped all interactions, ensuring alignment across design, product, and engineering teams.
The result was a mobile platform that reduced press release creation time by 30%, enabled faster approvals, and significantly boosted productivity. Users were untethered from their desktops, gaining control and flexibility while internal editors spent less time assisting clients, improving efficiency, satisfaction, and overall workflow.
